Who we are
Demux is being developed and operated by Anthony Lazkani and Jihad Hammoud.

Information we collect
If you join the Demux waiting list, we collect your email address so we can contact you about access to Demux and relevant product updates.
Payment information is processed by Stripe. Demux does not need to receive or store your full card number.Email and inbox access
Reserving a spot does not connect your email account and does not give Demux access to your inbox.
Before Demux allows you to connect an email account, we will clearly explain what permissions are required, how email data is used, how it is stored and protected, and update this privacy notice accordingly.
Reservation and payment information
Demux uses Stripe to securely handle payment method information. Reserving a spot does not start a subscription and your card is not charged when you reserve.
Your payment method is saved so that, when Demux becomes available to you, you can choose whether to activate your subscription.
We will not activate your subscription or charge you automatically as a result of making a reservation.
If you reserve the Early Access Plan, your reservation secures the promotional pricing shown on the website, subject to the conditions presented at the time of reservation.
You may cancel your reservation before activating your subscription without charge.
How we use your information
We use your email address to:
- manage your waiting list registration
- contact you when Demux becomes available
- send relevant updates about Demux
- respond to messages or questions you send us
Service providers
We use third-party service providers where necessary to operate Demux, including Stripe for payment method processing. These providers may process personal information in connection with the services they provide.
Data retention and user requests
We keep reservation information only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your reservation and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
You may contact us at support@mail.usedemux.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
Changes to this page
We may update these terms as Demux develops. The latest version and its effective date will always be available on this page.
